Here to share a book with you all , since i cant really put all the basic life support tutorial and info into my prototype. The book is "FIRST AID MANUAL 9th EDITION"..you can found this book in our college library and if you are wish to buy it , yes you can found it at any bookshop like bolder,popular and etc. it cos around RM80++ ... if you are really interesting in first aid i suggest you guys buy this book. ^^

Hey there, I’m Hor Chun here and I’m going to share something and passing out some information regarding to my topic which titled “The Eyes Protection”. According to the World Health Organization; in year 2010, there are around 6 million of people who may die due to smoking and tobacco related disease in worldwide? It includes 438,000 Americans, 650,000 Europeans and approximately 1.2 million people in China. Is this related to the eyes protection? Indeed. According to Dr. Iwach, smoking could increase the risk and speed up the development of cataracts, macular degeneration and optic nerve damage. Therefore, better off quit smoking for yourself and your loved ones. ^.^

Hi there people, Nicklaus here. Just to let you know, I am doing on Maintaining a Healthy Body Weight which I assume that everyone of you might be interested to know more about it. Well basically just to share some knowledge with you all, do you know that more than 850 lives a day and over 300,000 lives each year suffers from obesity related illness and it is still rising every year. Well obesity is not really the killer, it is the health issues that are caused by obesity.Which means obesity will cause a lot health related illness. I hope that you are aware of it and try to be concern on how much you eat. Stay healthy!!

hi^^ Here to share some basic life support skill (first aid) and how to perform CPR when someone is need help, in every single years that is more thn 250,000 people deaths because of heart attack and heart attack are the most prominent medical emergency . In addition, drowing, suffocations, electrocutions, and drug intoxication cause cardiac arrest. Many deaths can be prevented if the victim got some life support or first aid treatment. if you are knowing well about first aid or life support skill you may help thoese people need help when emergency case happend and deaths can be prevented ^^
